타블렛 못 드시는 분들에게 좋을
처음 도전한 종합비타민이라 이걸로 샀어요. 먹다보니까 타블렛도 저는 상관이 없어서 타블렛으로 갈아탔어요. 캡슐이 타블렛보다 두배는 섭취해야 해서 타블렛을 드실 수 있는 분은 굳이 이거 선택 안 하셔도 되요.

냄새 왜이래요;;;?
이게 제 것만 이런 건지 모르겠는데 너무 역한 냄새가 나요. 소 여물로도 못 쓸 그런 냄새?
먹고나서도 입안에 냄새가 가득하고 그래서 먹기가 싫어요. 원래 베지캡이 이런 냄새가 나나요?
멀티비타민이 필요해서 , 베지캡이라서 산 건데 이래서야 뭐 먹지도 못하겠고 괜히 의심도 들고 그래요.

효과는 똑 같겠지요.. ㅎㅎ 다른 종합비타민과는 다르게.. 몸이 피곤할때 먹고 잠자면 직방입니다...
아침이 피곤한데.. 이 비타민을 먹고난 다음날은 확실히 달라요~ 강추입니다. ^^

얼라이브 비타민은 다들 많이 드시던데 저는 두통 시켜놓고 아직도 다못먹고 있네요.. 한번먹을때 두알씩 먹는데
삼키고 나서 그 냄새가 저한테는 좀 역하더라구요 ㅠ_ㅠ 캡슐이 더 나을거라 생각했는데 저는 비타민 먹고난 후에 냄새 올라오는거 싫으신 분들한테는 비추예요

캡슐형인데도 불구하고 특유의 냄새가 올라오더라구요.
기본 알약형으로 안사서 다행이에요. 크기 큰 약을 못 먹어서, 차라리 하루에 두 세번 먹는게 낫네요.
이번 아이허브 배송 너무 느려서 ; 8월 29일에 주문했는데 9월 11일에 받았어요.
어쨌든 어제부터 오메가3랑 비타민 같이 복용중입니다.

얘.. 너 이렇게 찔끔찔끔 가격 올리지 마라. 지난달에는 9천얼마였는데 이젠 만 원 넘네.. ㅠㅠ
더 오르기 전에 쟁여둬야겠다.
일단 얘랑 오메가3 꾸준히 먹고 있는데, acne relief 덕분인지 영양제 덕분인지 여드름이 많이 줄었어요. 손발톱 건강은 당연한 거고.
아직 한 달 정도밖에 섭취하지 않아서 이외의 효능은 모르겠습니다.
추가적으로 효과 보면 후기 수정할게요.

참고로 저는 하루에 6알씩은 도저히 못먹겠어서 4알씩 먹고 있어요.
