EPA and DHA can be synthesized in the body from ALA, but EPA and DHA synthesis may be insufficient under certain conditions and for most people that consume Western diets.

Suggested Use

No fishy taste
Have been taking this for over a year. Also giving it to my cat and dog by cutting open to drip the oil into their food. No fishy taste. My dog's limping hind leg issue improved greatly. Good product.
I have not received the product
I expect this product from July 29 until today, September 13th I have not yet received it.
Great fish oil!
I felt totally sluggish every day. I was taking oil fish other brand but when I changed to that one(2 pills a day in the morning after breakfast) I feel the whole lot of better. I feel stronger when I swim in the pool, I am not tired in the evening, I feel relaxed. Great oil!
