Not from Cod Liver Oil - mostly Soybean Oil.
Vitamin A & D are extracted from Cod Liver Oil, the package says, and the main ingredient listed is Soybean Oil. Also it smells fishy. Makes sense it's so inexpensive! I don't recommend this product, pay more and get a quality product instead.

Better then a flu shot
I rotate between cod liver oil and garlic caps and sometimes take both as I know cod liver oil has vitamin A and it should not be taken every day without a break so I either have one every second day or have a two week break but find it very good for avoiding colds and the flu etc... I have not had a cold since I was a young girl and am now in my early 50's it is also good for your skin too and I will be sticking with this brand for now..
