Suggested Use
Take one (1) Tablespoon (15 ml) once or twice daily, or as directed by a health care professional. May also be added to foods and beverages, or used in salad dressings and spreads.
Other Ingredients

(*updated) Very good at first, but not for long
Decided to try flax oil to see if it can help my eczema problem - it did help to a certain extent but maybe I need a higher dose. Chose this based mainly on exp date and price. It has a pleasant nutty flavor and no bad smell at all, even after the long flight to Singapore. I keep it in the freezer and it is still good more than a month after opening. The bottle is designed such that you have to squeeze the oil out instead of pouring, so it does not spill to the sides. The downside is the squeezing requires a bit of strength, and it is hard to accurately control the amount of oil that comes out.
*Update: less than 2 months after opening, the oil has turned bitter (and there is almost half the bottle left). I guess it is good if it is consumed quickly within one month.

I always order this oil. It's a good price and is a great oil. I test the quality of the oil by putting it in the freeze and if it stays in a liquid state then it's good quality oil. If it's a solid in the freezer than it's mostly fat. This oil is great. I put it on almost everything I eat. It's good for so many things including weight control.
