Suggested Use
Adults: Take with food. For maintenance of good health, take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily. For support of healthy blood triglyceride levels, take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For support of healthy brain function, take 2 capsules 2 times daily. Use for a minimum of 6 months to see beneficial effects on cognitive function.
Children 9-18 years old: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with food.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with food.
Other Ingredients
Medium-chain triglycerides, high oleic sunflower oil, modified corn starch, glycerin, carrageenan, water, and sorbitol. Contains 2% or less of rosemary leaf extract, sunflower lecithin, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate, and purified water.

Even though I took early in day with a meal - I did not sleep while taking this.
I LOVE THIS STUFF!
Great for people with allergies to fish. Helps with brain function amongst other things. But don't take my word for it, look it up and read for yourself ALWAYS!!!

No Mystery Fish Oil
When looking for a prenatal DHA supplement, my biggest concern was knowing exactly where it came from. I love that this DHA is not derived from fish and that it is factory farmed algae, eliminating contamination possibilities(think Fukushima reactor contaminants). That is why I chose Flora DHA. Will be reordering :)
