Terrible taste! Not quite what i expected
I have tried milled chia seeds from other brands where the size is about 1/4 or so of the original chia seed. This Now food milled chia seed is like chia powder. Terrible texture and taste (burning taste)!
Extremely fresh!
This is my first time using ground chia (have always used whole) and I'm a fan! I take some from the bag, add it to my fruit/veggie smoothly or sprinkle some on my yogurt and I hardly taste a difference. The chia tastes really fresh, even though it is already ground. The fact that it's USDA certified organic is the icing on the cake for me!
