제품 사용법
Cacao Nibs can be eaten alone or combined with other Organic Traditions Superfoods in order to create a delicious and nutritious trail mix. Grind them to use for baking, desserts, on top of yogurt, berries or in any other recipe. Create a chocolate smoothie by blending 1-1½ teaspoon of Cacao Nibs, 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia Powder, 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditional Shredded Coconut, ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Organic Traditions Stevia Powder as a natural sweetener and any other Organic Traditions or Natural Traditions Superfoods with sufficient water (3-6 cups) to achieve the desired consistency.

おいしくない
国内の店舗や通販で購入したペルー産のローストカカオニブ、サンフードのローカカオニブなど、ハマったばかりなのでまだ数種類しか試していませんが、こちらのカカオニブはかなり美味しくないです。
前回購入したサンフードのものは、噛むと甘味やカカオの風味、ナッツのようなコクなどが感じられて手が止まらなくなるほど美味しかったですが、こちらは苦味がメインでカカオの風味、甘味、コクなど全くと言っていい程感じられず、ただただニガイだけ…
「ロー」なのに、なんでこんなニガイんだろう…ニガすぎて喉がイガイガします。
前回買ったサンフードのが１ヶ月経たないうちになくなりましたが、こちらは手が進まず、なかなか減りません。
また、だいたいどのカカオニブを買っても、茎のような細い枝状のものや殻の様な薄くて硬い部分が入っていますが、こちらの商品はまるでカカオニブと同じサイズの「ゴロッとした大きな殻」の部分の様なものが結構入っています。
ハマったばかりなので色々試してみたかったのですが、もうサンフードだけでいいかな。。
