Superbe produit! La levure est très fine, c'est vraiment une poudre avec une couleur bien jaune du curcuma. Je l'ai utilisé pour parfumer une sauce blanche type béchamel pour un gratin de pommes de terre, c'était divin. La couleur donne envie (les enfants ont adoré), et le parfum reste présent et discret (pas comme des levures maltées qui ont un goût et une odeur fortes qui peuvent déranger). Je le recommande, je le rachèterai sans hésiter.
