Taking Greens+ for 9 years. Wouldn't live without it.
I don't typically write reviews...mostly because there are few items that I can give advice on with certainty. As I stated, I have been taking Greens+, in the capsule form, for 9 or 10 years. I can tell when I am not taking them as I just do not feel as good. I have tried substituting other products for Greens+, but just do not get the same benefits and overall feeling of well being.
Yes, taking 12 tablets a day is a lot. However, if you cut that amount in half, you are still getting more herbs, probiotics and other nutrients than you do in a full serving of another product. I were forced to take only 1 kind of supplement a day, Greens+ would be the one.
