The lucuma fruit has green skin, with a bright yellow-orange flesh and a large seed in the middle similar to an avocado. Also known as eggfruit, mamey sapote, and zapotillo, lucuma is high in fiber, and has potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamin C, making it both a delicious and nourishing superfood.

Очень вкусный продукт! Вкус крем-брюле с малюсенькой кислинкой и небольшой сладостью. Обалденный. Раньше использовала редко, добавляла в начинку для сыроедческих RAW конфет и тортов. Сейчас использую каждый день, добавляю почти во все смузи. Особенно нравится в ореховом молоке или молоке из семян. Лукума загущает, желирует, и получается консистенция и вкус йогурта или простокваши. Плюс ягоды, и крутой йогурт готов! С лукумой подсластители не добавляю ! Заказываю второй раз, и буду впредь. Отличный полезный и вкусный суперфуд!

I am shocked that I am the first one reviewing this. This is a very high quality product in my opinion. I first tried the Navitas and thought that was good, however, when I went to re-order that I researched the Sunfood one and found it to have more fiber and carbs which, in my unprofessional opinion, leads me to believe that their process retains more of the plants nutrients. I really enjoy adding this to my protein shakes in the morning.

Je l'utilise avec du jus de pommes, j'ajoute une dose de poudre de baobab et de maca rouge et j'ai une boisson complète pour le matin. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

This product goes a long way. Love to add it to frozen bananas, but only wished it was a bit tastier, so sometimes find myself putting too much on to get the right flavour.
