Excellent product!
Love this product! It packs a ton of nutrients and protein in an impressively small amount of calories. I either make a healthy smoothie in the mornings or take it in a shaker bottle while I'm at work. Either way it gets me through the day, or at least as a light snack to get me to my next meal. Would definitely recommend as a meal replacement or as a protein shake after a work out.
Essentially Delicious
True Fit protein is delicious and the vanilla taste so so good. I take 1 scoop before working out and another scoop after and already seeing gains. I like to keep it as natural as possible and protein is essential building block for any athlete. "MA! Where is my RSP True Fit protein?!?!"
Awesome Flavor
I love the Vanilla!! It's an awesome choice to couple with any flavored supplement. I use it in the afternoon with my Amino Lean or Amino Focus for a little boost with my protein shake.
Delicious And Nutritious
I’ve been drinking it as a meal replacement, especially after workouts and it’s great! It’s tastes great with just water and sometimes I drink it with fresh green juice(spinach, cucumber and apple) that I make. I’ve lost about 6lbs in three weeks and I feel great!
