This is What AWESOME Tastes Like
Every day for several years I've followed a routine whereby I drink a serving of red superfoods immediately upon awakening (usually Miracle Reds) and a serving of green superfoods when I got home from work (usually Orac-Energy Greens). I credit this regimen for the fabulous health I've experienced: it's been several years since I've had even a cold, for instance. These products contain polyphenols, enzymes, bioflavanoids and other nutrients that are missing from the normal diet. They inhibit oxidation and alkalize the body, laying the groundwork for good health. I put one scoop in 8 ounces of water, add one quarter teaspoon of magnesium ascorbate (a ph-neutral vitamin c), shake it up and drink it straight down. Using products such as these will rejuvenate and detoxify from the inside out. True story: A good friend (female, 58 years old) had noticeable age spots developing on her face, hands, arms and legs. After two weeks using this and a similar product (ORAC-Energy Greens, alternating each day) she reported that her age spots were noticeably lighter.
