Great product for your Keto Diet!
So I have been using this product for 2 weeks and it's now an important part of my keto routine. The MCT oil gives me the energy and the fullness I need in the morning without giving me a stomach ache like other MCT oils have in the past. No flavor so you can mix it into food (I use it for my bulletproof coffee) as well as use it on the skin. Great Product!

Super Helpful for Dark Spots Due to Sweat
This product has helped me heal the dark skin under my arms due to chafing. It only took a week to clear up! This stuff is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone struggling with dark skin due to sweat. Using it also reduced inflammation and helped reduce sweat bumps, which I hadn't been able to do with any other product I've tried. I'm sure this product has so many other benefits. Would definitely recommend it!
