Испытал очень сильный эффект "отравления" на второй день применения - головная боль, тошнота, повышение давления, слабость и общее недомогание. Это обусловлено видимо высокой дозой компонентов или индивидуальной реакцией. Пробуйте с осторожностью!!! Оценку ставлю высокую за то, что препарат делает свою работу плюс высокое качество сервиса I-herb и хорошая цена.

ужасные последствия на моем примере
Заказала данный ДИМ с целью лечение аденемиоза. Выбрала по производителю, тк доверяю. Успела пропить около 2 недель, после чего меня увезли на скорой помощи с сильной болью по-женски. С начала приема дискомфорт также ощущался, но я решила продолжать, в итоге после данной истории бросила пить ДИМ, и у меня начались очередные КД. Также на фоне приема начал болеть грудь. В общем, я не только потратила деньги, но еще и получила серьезные побочки от данного препарата. Теперь боюсь начинать пить какой-либо другой ДИМ, а он мне просто необходим в схеме лечения.

Works better than each separately
For some reason this product works better than taking one of Biodim and CDG, even at the same time.
I only need to take one capsule at dinner every day. It's now one of my basic supplements

Great product, but false economy.
I've used this product for a while to help balance hormones, and was super pleased to find it at such a great price. Unfortunately, having to cover £13.50 import tax means I won't be ordering from iHerb again. I will never understand why some American companies manage to ship and show perhaps only cost value, rather than retail value, so the extra financial tax burden doesn't fall on their customer. I ordered two, and again some companies ship separately to avoid the extra cost, unfortunately not iHerb.

Contains soy
I used to take DIM and CDG separately but this seemed more convenient/affordable...however this contains soy, which contains phytoestrogens that mimic estrogen, very counterproductive ingredient and filler. Will not repurchase because of this.

good for estrogen dominance
I have breast cancer, which I have had for many years, but I keep it under control with a strict diet of no meat and no sugar whatsoever, and I take this product or CDG by itself, and other good antioxidants. When I don't take it my breast and lymph glands hurt. So I know it is working, keeping the cancer from growing.

Noticeable improvement
I have definitely noticed an improvement in overall energy and mood since taking these. I have been struggling with fatigue for a long time and these have helped (among others I take). I will be continuing these and reccomend to anyone to give these a chance if your suffering from what you feel is a hormonal imbalance

Принимаю по назначению врача при эстрогенодоминировании. Назначили 2 капсулы, но после первого приёма была сильная реакция- головная боль, рвота. Через некоторое время возобновила приём, но по 1 капсуле. Больше неприятных реакций не было. Надо начинать с малых доз,
