Я не могу уснуть редко, но метко. Например, перед каким-нибудь важным событием - когда, с одной стороны, нужно хорошенько выспаться, с другой стороны, мысли всяческие этому мешают. Вот мелатонин-то меня и спасает в таких случаях. Опять же, очень хорошо, что он в виде спрея, а не леденца - не рискуешь уснуть с недоеденным леденчиком во рту и подавиться.

Best Melatonin product out there! Especially for an autistic child.
My son has autism and will not willingly take any pills. Nor will he sleep regularly. This spray allows me to mix it in with his lemon-flavored water and he consistently sleeps for at least eight hours a night! Sure beats the three he was getting before now.

Сначала не распробовала. А теперь очень даже помогает, когда заснуть не могу или после стресса. На меня действует мягко. Вначале мы с ним не подружились, но я решила все же добить его. И через время стало помогать. Очень удобно с собой брать в поездки, в самолет. Сны хорошие и после сна отдохнувшая. Снов - мультиков как другие не видела :) Для лучшего эффекта - нужно создавать темноту для тела, чтобы тело свой мелатонин вырабатывало. Или на худой конец - мягкие очки для сна.

SN NutraSpray melatonin is, in fact time-released and lasts throughout the night. I haven't slept this soundly in years and refreshed in the morning. The orange flavor is also palatable.
