Excellent for sleep; nerve pain
I take passion flower every night to help me sleep and to help with nerve pain from a c-spine injury and muscle pain from fibromyalgia. I also suffer from anxiety which can also keep me awake. Passion Flower is a great herb for all of this, but it will put you to sleep. It is not addictive either. Don't know what I'd do without it.

I used to take 5-HTP, thought this time I gave it a change. Passion flower doesn't give you much passion, it makes you sleep. It takes a week to kick in but once it starts to work, Man, it really makes me sleep DEEPLY. In terms of sleep quality, it works better than 5-HTP as 5-HTP mainly gives me a good mood and easy to fall type of sleep with some weird dreams.

Пасифлору использую давно в различных формах и хорошо знаю как она работает. Последнее время у меня была настойка от качественного производителя с другого сайта и когда закончилась решил взять здесь, но на настойку от эклектика денег не хватало))) взял эту в капсулах, т.к. производитель новый и должен вроде бы давать хорошее качество "для затравки" так сказать...Эффект близок к нулю, даёт лишь лёгкое "помутнение" в голове. Кардиотонического и анксиолитического эффекта нет вообще. Совсем не то, что обычно даёт пасифлора! Рекомендую брать только качественные настойки!

Awesome product!
Really works well if you're feeling stressed out or need to relax. Sometimes is nice to take before bed to help fall asleep. Much better than taking any drug. No bad side effects. Very good price and good brand. Definitely recommend.

Tried it for sleep and found it made my arms & fingers tingle. Also, it kept me awake. I have a friend that swears by it. Different strokes for different folks.

I've taken this product for a number of years to keep me calm and focused. It does not make me sleepy but possibly helps me sleep better at night, although that is generally not a problem for me. No negative side effect even when taking up to 6 a day.

Just the best for stress
Not to be confused with anxiety. This is great for stress - 2 twice a day for 2 days and 2 a day there afterward. It take about 48 hours to kick in, then stress effects are just gone. This product is great!
