제품 사용법
성인용 건강 보조 식품으로, 멜라토닌은 졸음을 유발할 수 있으므로 0.5 ml (5 mg) - 1.0 ml (10 mg)를 취침 시 복용하거나 의사의 지시에 따라 드십시오. 눈금 드로퍼가 포함되어 있습니다. 간헐적 불면증에 사용하십시오.

Солгар- отличник
Я очень довольна приемом этой формы и дозировки мелатонина от Солгар. Начинала с 1/3 от полной пипетки. Если правильно выбрать время, когда тебя уже начинает клонить в сон, но при этом ты знаешь, что уснуть сейчас все равно тебе не удасться ( всякие дурацкие мысли лезут в голову ), то на помощь придет солгар: 1/3 пипетки прямо лежа уже в кровати, принимаешь, выключаешь АБСОЛЮТНО все освещение и быстро впадаешь в сон.
Но бывают дни, когда весь на нервах, много негатива, мозг бурлит, а поймать то самое состояние, когда начинает клонить в сон - нереально, то вот тогда дозировку я увеличиваю до полной пипетки. Меньше не помогает. И так же, ложусь в кровать, выпиваю ПОЛНУЮ пипетку мелатонина, выключаю весь свет!!!!! и ... пытаюсь уснуть, лучше прямо совсем не двигаться! И даже не замечаешь, как засыпаешь.
Пробовала разных производителей , в разной дозировке, в разной форме ( таблетки, жидкость ) - Солгар подошёл больше всего. Это лично мои ощущения. Я просто делюсь ими. 😝

I love this form and brand of Melatonin :]
I see that it's out of stock :[ Hopefully it will be restocked soon. I really love this brand and form of Melatonin.
I have Insomnia as one of my primary diagnoses. I sleep very lightly and anything can wake me up. Once I wake up I have a 90% chance of not falling back to sleep. I have a lot of other issues that stem from my inoperable spinal disc herniations. I think that I have 3 [from C1-2 through S2] that are considered okay. Therefore, I have a very messed up spinal cord and cerebellum.
I take prescribed medications and supplements to fall asleep. Melatonin is one of them. I used to take the dissolve-able Melatonin. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I would say about 50% of the time. I was taking 20mg per evening in split doses of 10mg (2-5’s) 4 hours apart. My doctor told me that this is the highest dose one could take. I figured that Melatonin came in dissolvable form because it is not well absorbed in the stomach. Whether this is true, or not, remains to be seen via a Google search or manufacturer inquiry. I have yet to do either. Had this for of Melatonin not worked I would have. I feel that this form of Melatonin is more bio-available because it’s absorbed in the mouth. I will use the dropper and squirt +/- 7.5mg (this is how much the dropper fills with a lame attempt) under my tongue and hold it there for a few seconds. I would say about 30-60 seconds, it depends on how much saliva is being made. (I know! Eww! Spit) Then I’ll swallow it with a sip of water. Within the hour I’m getting sleepy. THIS is what I need. (Along with my other supplements) I haven’t taken 20mg of this because I don’t feel that I need to. I don’t share the bottle so I’m not too concerned about contaminating it. Although, I do wash the dropper if the dropper touches my tongue. The taste is tolerable. It doesn’t taste like a cherry picked off the tree, but it isn’t nasty either.

I had some trouble to get asleep, so my doctor prescribes me some "Zolpidem" but it was so strong that nobody could have wake me up and my mood was strange after a week ( plus the addiction problem if you take it for a long time etc, uuugh )
I take 0,5 or 1 ml 30 minutes before I go to bed and I just fall asleep like a baby ! Great product.

This product works well, when it "works". I have major insomnia problems, so the products sometimes just wont help. But when this product worked, I slept well. I also like the black cherry flavor.

Принимаю перед сном по необходимости. Зашторить окна и выключить свет -и вот, уже через 10-15 минут медленно погружаюсь в сон. Никаких побочных эффектов нет. При первом приеме проснулась в 7 утра невероятно отдохнувшей, чего не было уже давно. Рекомендую !!! Пить в среднем по 5 мг, то есть половину пипетки

It works for this chronic insomniac
This product works so well for me, I have been a serious insomniac for the past decade and this puts me to sleep faster than anything Ive ever tried, and I believe I have tried just about everything. It is so strong that members of my family who have tried it say that it sometimes gives them a groggy, hangover effect in the morning when taking the full dose the night before (I have personally never experienced this). I swear by this product, and nothing else compares. I can finally sleep!
