Bacopa is magic!
Bacopa is an amazing adaptogen. One has to remember that it takes time for effects to increase and that these are standardized to a great potency. Over time or sometimes instantly; you will notice an increase in cognition, memory recall, reduced stress and dream recall. One thing to note: Caffeine will not affect you as powerfully during a bacopa cycle. This is because Bacopa protects and heals your adrenal glands which we often never give proper rest in today's society. One the other hand, if you stop a cycle of bacopa, you will notice caffeine has an increased effect due to less tolerance.
When regarding anxiety, it is not a potent in affects compared to phenibut (GABA targeting drug), however it offers many other benefits. Basically, you will feel less nervous about taking a step you would otherwise overthink due to its anxiolytic effect. The first time trying bacopa, you may feel odd or undesirable effects but these past over time (in my case after 2 days of use).

Doctor's Best, Bacopa et Synapsa, 320 mg, m'éclaircit l'esprit, augmente mon attention, ma mémoire et me donne de l'énergie. Il contient 55% de Bacosides principe actif, une seule gélule par jour suffit.
J'ai essayé le Bacopa d'une autre marque très connue, il n'a pas fonctionné. il me fatiguait, m'embrumait l'esprit et n'a eu aucun effet sur ma mémoire. J'ai pris jusqu'à 5 gélules par jour et cela n'a toujours pas fonctionné !

Produto bom, as cápsulas tem cheiro de chá mate
Achava que o produto tivesse um efeito mais forte, é um pouco fraco vou tomar dose dupla para ver se melhora. Mas com certeza a gente sente pelo menos uma disposição a mais quando ingerido.

Baopa Doctor best
It does what it says on the tin.
But be-warned based on personal experience.
Do not take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach I found it was making me very lethargic and for 2 weeks, I found basic task like washing hard to complete I just wanted to sleep.
Do however take with your main meal in the evening.
do not take on an empty stomach before bed as I found it has an uplifting effect.
from what I have read, I wish doctors best would half the does and take twice a day as it is quite powerful.
I have however noticed at 7 wks use that I have adapted; I occasionally take an extra does with avocado and eggs along with citicoline an hour before some intense study ( computer work and it has an uplifting effect lasting 2 to 4 hours. I am guessing here after about six to 8 wks you can increase the dose but be careful; it can lower your blood pressure so doubling is not a good idea
Since Bacopa monnieri is also an adaptogen, a relaxed person might experience a lack of motivation to work after supplementation. Theoretically, pairing Bacopa monnieri with a stimulant would ward off malaise, but this combination has not been tested.

It does this by enhancing the rate at which the nervous system can communicate by increasing the growth of nerve endings, also called dendrites. Bacopa monnieri is also an antioxidant.
