I like that they combined 3 of my favorite mushrooms that don't overstimulate the immune system. No side effects at all.
I think it helps somewhat with breathing but I only take one capsule

Am a huge fan of Paul Stamet's research and their team's product (for those who're not familiar with him please search for his name in youtube.) Fungi Perfecti is the only mushroom brand we use and it never disappoints!
I buy this one for my cats actaully. :) One of them was a bit asthmatic when he was a kitten and would wheeze a bit every now and then.
This product keeps the symptoms at bay and give all three of my cats a lot more energy!
I give them 1/5 of a capsule each every morning (and then I just pop the last bit myself) and that's enough in our case. So one bottle last 2 months for 3 cats (and a bit for me),which is a very good price.

Honestly this whole line is great. I like to try different cycles of mushrooms and none of them disappoint including this one. I definitely felt amazing improvement when I took this mushroom mix.
