Got my first ( culture activation ) batch, all worked as described. Still waiting for my first proper drinking batch, but i am affraid it could be too acidy... But real kambucha has wonderful customer service, if that’s a case will ask for help. Oberall very happy with the product

Takes time, but seems that this mushroom works! Resulting beverage tastes refreshing, good for this hot summer. Tried brewing it with puerh and then green sencha, both tasted nice.

Antes de comprar eu li muitas opinioes de que mofava ou nao procriava. Resolvi fazer diferente do indicado pelo manual e adicionei vinagre de maçã organico (250ml), chá verde e açucar ao inves de vinagre de alcool e em 30 dias tinha se formado um scoby perfeito e saudavel.
recomendo este produto sem duvida alguma.

Dont buy It!!
Before you buy it just try to google why you should never use a dehidrated scoby! It comes really weak, takes forever to activate and you might end up getting no results from it or even growing mold! Just try to search for some local kombucha brewers who will sell you a fresh scoby with decent amount of started liquid! With this starter you have to use vinegar and this is not the same thing!!!
