You can develop Copper deficinecy, when taking Zn. So I ordered this one, because it has the lowest Copper contain I was able to find (2 mg); but this is still 100% of daily value.
I didn't noticed any bad reactions, so I'm happy with it.

Good for me!
I was glad to be able to find a 2 mg copper formula without extra stuff added. I have done well with this product so far, unlike other formulas I have tried in the past that simply did not agree with me. Thank you IH for carrying this product!
