- This moisturiser has great ingredients including niacinamide and ceramides, making it similar to Cerave. However it is a bit thicker and richer than Cerave, so I have to water it down or it makes my skin too hot (almost all moisturisers do this to me). On the plus side, it is vegan, unlike Cerave. It is fragrance free and contains no other skin-damaging ingredients. I would definitely recommend it.
