Suggested Use

IFOS regularly tests a wide variety of fish oil supplements for impurities. Nordic Naturals is one of the very few that regularly passes all their tests. Plus this blend is much higher in EPA and DHA that other similar products.
However, keep in mind that fish oil in such a high dose might affect blood coagulation. I actually have to stop taking it for a few days before visiting a dentist to prevent excessive bleeding.
Also, don't overdo it with fish oil if you're diabetic - it can effect your body's ability to regulate blood sugar.

Les gélules sont bien dosées en comparaison aux omega-3 hors de prix que l'on trouve dans nos pharmacies (EPA 325mg - DHA 225mg, soit 550mg par gélule).
La forme triglycéride aurait une biodisponibilité supérieure a l'ethyl ester que l'on trouve dans la grande majorité des produits concurrents. Personnellement, aucun renvoi désagréable depuis que j'ai commencé à les prendre, juste un léger goût de citron lorsqu'on les met dans la bouche.
Pour vérifier la qualité de vos huiles de poisson, voici deux petits tests simples et efficaces :
- test du frigo : une huile riche en polyinsaturés reste liquide et limpide a basse température alors qu'une huile pauvre en polyinsaturés se solidifie au froid.
- test du nez : un produit de qualité et en bon état ne sent rien ou presque rien tandis qu'un produit dans lequel les acides gras sont oxydés ou rancis sent le poisson avarié.
Un peu plus de deux mois que j'utilise le produit et rien à redire, la qualité est au rendez-vous.
